If you choose with hosting option, you agree to host the website/blog with Global ePublishing Ltd, the owner of this website network indefinitely. The price for the hosting is as detailed within the main page. Should you decide to terminate the hosting agreement, you agree that you no longer have any rights to the domain name or blog/website or any derivative revenues & assets from the domain name. The domain name is purchased by Global Epublishing Ltd and held by the same on behalf of the client. You may terminate the hosting agreement at any time and choose to lose ownership of the site. Global ePublishing & it's guardians have the right to refuse the blog/website to any applicant or revoke the website/blog if any terms of service are breached. You are entirely responsible for any losses, liabilities or other negative consequences arising from the use of the website/blog during your ownership & control, including but not limited to any lawsuits and other legal claims. You agree not to promote the website/blog illegally or unethically and not to infringe any laws (copyright or other) while the website/blog is under your control/ownership. Any illegal or unethical activity will result in the immediate cancellation of your hosting account. You are required to ensure that your site is secure and to ensure that the latest software versions (including but not limited to Wordpress) are installed. There will be no refunds granted once you purchase.You agree to keep to the theme of the website/blog and not promote any illegal or unethical programs or subject material. Global ePublishing will not be held responsible for any damages while the website/blog is under your control/ownership. Global ePublishing can accept no liabilities arising from hosting the website/blog. You are responsible for renewing the domain yourself - Global ePublishing will not be held responsible for domains that have not been renewed. You may contact us at the time of renewal to arrange for renewal. You are required to maintain and grow your blog/website including making sure that the site is clean of any viruses and/or damaged files. Global ePublishing Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage caused as a result of any viruses or corrupt files on the clients blog/website. Global ePublishing makes no guarantees on any level of revenues that you will earn with the site. Your site will be built using private label rights content. Global epublishing reserves the right to update the terms of service as and when required.
